Mt. Moosilauke June 28, 2003

Kate and Jordan are now 8 and ready for more challenging hikes. Moosilauke may be farther and higher than other peaks they have climbed to date but the trail is never difficult. I remember the day as very hot and humid at lower elevations. I had more trouble than the kids did. The kids, especially Jordan, were thrilled to be above tree-line. They are hooked.
Distance 7.4 miles; Climb 2450 ft; Elevation 4802 ft.
